Our Flagship, The Condenser Clean

Our condenser deep begins with carefully removing all of the condenser panelling fully exposing the coil inside. We begin by using various methods to remove heavy debris, the initial cleaning is followed by a detailed wash that clears.
After the initial cleaning, we apply a biodegradable triple-action coil cleaning solution designed to break down grease, grime, and oxidation on the coil surface. This specialized formula also includes corrosion inhibitors that help protect your condenser from environmental damage and extend the life of your equipment.
As part of our service, our technicians perform a visual inspection of the outdoor setup. This includes checking electrical components, the wiring, insulation, the integrity of any wall penetrations, the units overall condition (Such as panelling, mounting, and fan mounts), and the state of the line set and coils (Whether they are corroded, clean, or dry). In short, a thorough once over of everything outdoors pertaining to your AC.
Once the service is complete, you will receive a clear inspection report outlining the overall health of your air conditioning system. If any concerns are discovered, we provide straightforward recommendations so you can make informed decisions about maintenance or repairs to keep your AC system running efficiently throughout the season.

The Clean & Check

In addition to a full outdoor condenser clean, our technicians perform a detailed evaluation of your entire cooling system to identify proper running conditions, correct airflow setups, and more. This check up is an overall health diagnostic and also is key in identifying any potential issues before the become costly repairs. Once our service and Inspections are complete, you will receive a clear inspection report outlining the overall health of your air conditioning system. If any concerns are discovered, we provide straightforward recommendations so you may make informed decisions about any service needed to keep your unit running at its best. At AC clean, we focus strictly on maintenance, inspections, professional cleaning and upkeep. If any major repairs are needed, the choice of whether and how to proceed is fully yours. We are not in the business of selling repair work. For your convenience, we can recommend trusted service providers, but the decision is always yours.
During the inspection, we examine important elements such as lineset insulation, ensuring it is intact and properly protecting your refrigerant lines from heat loss or environmental damage. We also inspect the home penetration point where the lines enter your house to confirm that the seal is secure and not allowing pests, moisture, or outside air to enter.
Our technicians review your system’s refrigerant charge to ensure it is within proper operating range and evaluate indoor coil airflow performance, including static pressure drops that can affect cooling efficiency. We also measure electrical amp draws on the compressor and condenser fan motor, helping verify that the system is operating within normal electrical limits and not under excessive strain.
