Our Flagship, The Deep Clean

Our condenser deep clean begins with carefully removing all paneling to fully expose the coils. We first clear heavy debris using tailored methods, then we perform a detailed wash that cleans the coil passages. Whether microfin, spine fin or copper tube with aluminum, we apply the right specialized cleaning techniques because each type demands it.
After the initial cleaning, we apply a biodegradable triple-action coil cleaning solution designed to break down grease, grime, and oxidation on the coil surface. This specialized formula also includes corrosion inhibitors that protect your unit until our next visit.
As part of our service, our technicians perform a detailed inspection of the outdoor setup. This includes checking electrical components, wiring, insulation, the integrity of any wall penetrations, the units overall condition (Such as panelling, mounting, and fan mounts), and the state of the line set and coils (Whether they are corroded, clean, or dry). In short, a thorough once over of everything outdoors pertaining to your AC.
Once the service is complete, you will receive a clear inspection report outlining the condition of your condenser and outdoor components. If any concerns are discovered, we provide straightforward recommendations so you can make informed decisions about maintenance or repairs to keep your AC system running efficiently throughout the season.

The Deep Clean Plus
A complete deep dive into your entire cooling system plus a full outdoor condenser clean!

Our “Deep Clean Plus” is the most thorough service we offer, combining an in-depth condenser cleaning with a detailed assessment of your air conditioning system’s overall condition and performance.
In addition to a full outdoor condenser clean, our technicians carry out a detailed evaluation of your entire cooling system to confirm proper operation, correct airflow setup, and proper refrigerant charge. In the HVAC industry, airflow tuning and refrigerant charging are often overlooked at installation. As part of this service, we assess and adjust airflow based on your system’s static pressure and cooling capacity to help ensure your air conditioner is receiving the airflow it was designed for. We then verify that refrigerant charge is within the proper operating range- airflow and refrigerant charge are two of the most critical factors in performance and efficiency.
Once completed we begin a comprehensive inspection of your entire cooling system including installation quality, mounting, level alignment, conduit and line set securement, electrical components and operation, compressor performance, line set insulation, building penetrations, weather sealing, panel condition, and more.
Once our service and Inspections are complete, you will receive a clear report outlining the overall health of your air conditioning system. If any concerns are discovered, we provide straightforward recommendations so you may make informed decisions about any repairs needed to keep your unit running at its best. At AC clean, we focus strictly on maintenance, inspections, professional cleaning and upkeep. If any major repairs are needed, the choice of whether and how to proceed is fully yours. We are not in the business of selling repair work. For your convenience, we can recommend trusted service providers, but the decision is always left with you.
